can help with the complaints process at the
school/college/ University. Unfortunately, there
might be occasions when you are not satisfied
with an aspect of the school/college/ University
If you are feeling dissatisfied, unfairly
treated or if the school/college/ University has
failed to deliver the appropriate standard in
some way, please let us know.
We are here to advise you on your situation. If
you have exhausted all internal avenues of
making your complaint known to: departmental
staff, personal tutor, representatives of your
school and as a last resort, the School
Governing Board then we will be able to help
you.

We will listen to your concerns and advise you
on the next course of action. It could include
writing a formal complaint but we will be able
to support you with this and the gathering of
evidence to make your complaint.
